Saltt Clothing Returns Policy

OUR RETURNS POLICY:
All full-priced items can be returned for a EXCHANGE OR CREDIT  within 7 days of receiving your parcel we can exchange size or a credit will be issued to you for purchase at another time 6 months to use your credit
Items purchased on Sale cannot be returned for an exchange or credit.

We don’t offer credits on change of mind.

Cost of the Shipping will be deducted from CREDIT cost for all is flat $10

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
All items must be returned to us new, unworn and with all original swing tags attached.
You must arrange to send the item back to us at your own cost within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

The items must:

  • be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.
  • For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned.
  • Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Saltt Clothing staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us.
Returns that are deemed to have been worn (not just ‘tried on’) washed or altered will not be accepted – this includes any make-up, fake tan marks or other stains on the clothing.
We will process your CREDIT or ECHANGE and contact you by email within 4 business days of receiving the item.
In the unlikely event an item is faulty we will return it to the designer for further inspection and if approved, arrange an exchange  if your size is sold out (only when the designer has approved the fault).

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.

Please note – free return delivery is not available for our international customers.

 

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.

You can email sales@salttclothing.com.au if you believe your garment has a fault.

Saltt Clothing reserves the right to amend the returns policy as required.
